Is there any plans for MiktoTik to implement any type of Access Point client bridge function?

Yes, i know But im looking for a reliable device to act as an access point client for and ordinary old ass AP that doesnt support WDS etc… Such as the Linksys WET54G.

yes, i see. mikrotik guruz can tell us.
but i wuld like to try eoip-tunnel between ROS routers and some linksys AP between. smt like that: [MT1] ---- [linksys AP] ---- [MT2] and eoip between MT1 and MT2. linksys AP we passthru transparently. MT1 is station, connected to linksys AP and MT2 is some MT router with LAN, connected to AP’s LAN.
