AP: Nagios reports Duplicate Packets Found?

Hi,

I just purchased and installed my first Mikrotik product: RB433. I have installed it as an Access point. There’s not much to my configuration except for:

-bridge: ethernet and wireless
-ip address assigned to bridge
-misc. wireless config such as frequency, TX power, etc.

We use Nagios for network monitoring. Since replacing the previous AP with the RB, Nagios has been reporting “PING WARNING: DUPLICATES FOUND!” for pings to several of my clients radios. Not all, but some.

Have I configured something improperly?

I to have seen this problem and had one of our staff do a packet capture, had multipliable duplicate packets.
I have 5 other RB433AH’s connecting to the same AP. I have completed a bandwidth test and received good results around 20Mbit/s but once real data start going over the link it drops its speed right back.
TX/RX are at 54Mbps
TX/RX Strength is -48dBm
