I make new station on MT, have two interfaces : Ether1 and wlan1, I set IP addresses on both, enable Ether1 (is OK), but enable wlan1 is wrong - card dont have flag “R” and SSID is not broadcast.
I don’t think station broadcasts an SSID.

I think you need to tell us what you are trying to achieve for anyone to help -
- a station to connect to an existing AP?
- a new AP to serve remote stations?
- a P2P bridged connection between 2 routers?
And do you want a routed (L3) or bridged (L2) solution?

Have L5 license and need make AP station to selve internet to the clients via radio.
Set wireless interface to AP mode.
Decide to use WDS or not (are your clients CPEs or PCs ?)
If so, use WDS tab, set up bridge=bridge1 (or whatever)
Make sure the ethernet interface is on the same bridge or no traffic passes.

Also, by default the “R” only appears when station is associated to AP or when AP has one or more stations associated to it.
ok, i make bridge of ether1 and wlan1 but still SSID is not broadcasting (wi fi card is in AP Bridge mode) - NetStumbler on other computer dont show this AP…
In your screenshot above the wireless interface says “disabled”. Check it’s enabled.
it is enabled, but i dont know why says “disabled”…
That is greyed out, I think.
Well, it seems that you are confusing ‘station’ an ‘ap-bridge’ modes of a wireless interface. Try to read the manual:

have you tried to contact support? make a supout.rif file and send to support@mikrotik.com with problem description.

actually i try instal MT 2.9 - so this system dont know my PLANET 8310 (Atheros) card 
you have been asked 4 times already to send us your supout.rif file, can you please do it? otherwise we will not be able to help you
