Apache Server Behind Hotspot

Hi;

We have hotspot structure with register php.We have firstly register user to the hotspot via api.Register page working on the ubuntu server with apache.But some some devices(android) doesn’t open register page.At login page we have register button for register page like href=http://10.5.50.254

hotspot(10.5.48.0/21) subnet—hotspot ipaddress(10.5.50.1/21)------apache web server (10.5.50.254/21)

walled garden , ip binding settings ok for apache.Also we try to srcnat for 10.5.50.254 in-interface=hotspot and masq. it.But doesn’t work.We can’t ping to 10.5.50.254.

Any idea?
