API problem: cannot get challenge v5.0

We upgraded a routerboard to version 5.0 to get rid of the login issues version 4 has when using the API. We’re now getting this when using either the python client code or the PHP client code:

>>> !trap
>>> =message=cannot get challenge
>>>
>>> !done
>>>

Any advice on what to try other than a reboot? We can’t have an outage during business hours so I have to see if there’s anything else that might get it going. The API is enabled in the IP Services list. There are no concurrent connections in the router. We’re not having these issues on another board running v5rc11. could this be the problem?

i thinke the v5.0 have a bug!
i upgrade to v5.0rc11
and solved all my problem.

how fast or how you can get this?

Ok, lets broaden the view - what else is happening on the router? Or you get this immediately after reboot?
