My mikrotik router doesn’t allow apple devices even after assigning the mac address

Please be more specific.

What apple devices, what versions?
what router, RouterOS version, configuration,?

We have multiple Apple devices MacBooks, iPad iPhone, all are working well.

Do you mean in a hotspot setup?

Or that they cannot connect wirelessly? If so check your wireless preamble:

Wireless > double click interface > click Advanced button on the right, go to Advanced Tab, and check preamble mode is set to “both”.

I found that Apple devices are particularly sensitive to special characters in wifi passwords.
