Application Hang (dude.exe client)

I am getting an application hang on dude.exe 3.3 on two different computers. One is within Parallels (latest version) running on a Mac. The other is on the Dude Server itself when accessed through Windows Remote Desktop. The client actually does run for a while but eventually hangs and crashes. On some other computers, it is working fine, but not on my computer!

This has actually been happening ever since we upgraded from 2.x to 3.x. This always worked perfectly on 2.x. Tried reinstalling the client several times.

Can anyone help? Please?

copy all you can get from that crash report, and send to support at mikrotik

Thanks for the reply. I’ve sent over an email to support with all of the information I could find.

There is definitely a consistent repeatable situation here with the dude.exe client.

Hi, new here and having the exact same problem.

Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 running on a Lenovo T400

If you need more error data, let me know and I’ll send it.

The hang seems to occur when I am adding/editing devices.
