Hi, I’m using mikrotik v 2.8.21 for a while, but now I need to lower the transmit power and I’ve discovered that the transmit power control is not working. I’m able to set any value from 1 to 23, but the transmit power always lowers only about 9dB, so I think this is a BUG.
Is there any sollution?
it doesn’t work on 2.8.24 an 5213 either!

AR5213 has a max output power at default… if you set some value you’ll see a lower level

but the proble is that you can’t fine tune the output power.
TPC should be abele to do it, but in the 2.8 it doesn’t.

yes, regulatory domain and TPC is only in 2.9 if you mean those output power settings.
