I noted that the link between AR5414 chipset AR5006 and AR5212 chipset AR5002 are bad. The ccq is strong sensible to link load. So i not suggest to replace old minicpi AR5212 with new AR5414 by one end of link. The result are very poor. Please perform a test e post the result. (CM9-AR5213 and R52 AR5414).
Beside some routeros release have the firmware AR5413 on chipset AR5212 and the link are poor also.
