Are power outages and cable Ethernet breaks logged?

Mikrotik RB912UAG-2HPnD (LT 6.48.6)

Users complain that the point is “lost” for a short time, and then reappears. But their device is already reconnecting to another point more distant.
I suspect either RJ45 cable or power supply.

Is it possible to see somewhere in the logs whether there are Ethernet or power outages?
