I have the following case:
Over aprox. 5 years I have a link with 2 RB SXT 5HnD.
The link was working fine until few days ago where after a very big Storm the one of them are destroyed.
Looking at the market from where I bought them, there isn’t now exactly the same type. Now they are offer only the type RB SXT 5 Lite.
My question is if I can have a link between one RBSXT 5HnD and one RBSXT 5 Lite?
So I have to bought just one piece.
Or if I need two of the new types?
Don’t worry, it should work, different models can communicate just fine.
Only Lite version has a little bit lower maximum transmit power, but usually even that is far more than what’s needed, when you want to stay within country’s legal limits (but it depends on where you are).

however i would prefer to buy the same type. Do you know if the RB SXT 5HnD are no longer available?
We have released many better and cheaper devices since 5 years ago. They are all compatible. I suggest looking at these:
