Are there any RouterOS compatible SFP+ only routers?

I’m looking for 4 to 8 10gbe ports.

Actually Tilera’s Gx36 or Gx72 cards running on a Linux box would be wonderful.

Need crazy fast networking with routing/VLAN support for KVM/Qemu hosts.
