Are you using a bad series of capacitors again ?. A friend of mine has purchased two CCRs, one of which has a capacitor exploded. The second CCR makes a squeaky sound and comes from the capacitors.
Mikrotik people can check that please.
I also wanted to buy one but I want this problem solved first.
