Hello Dears!

I’m quite disappointed with the ARM 3011 regarding the missing usermanager package.

The latest version I am aware of could work with usermanager is 6.33.3.

I am struggling to downgrade it but with no success.

In the Winbox Window:

I go to Files > upload the routeros-arm-6.33.3.npk

Then I go to Package List, click DOWNGRADE, confirm reboot message, router reboots and nothing happens…the downgrade doesn’t work.

Any clues?

The most weird it that version 6.33.3 is written for ARM device and after rebooting it for downgrade I see the following message in the log screen: "system, error omitting package routeros-arm.6.33.3 min RouterOS version is 6.35.3.

MikroTik never stated that user manager was available for the ARM units.

That’s correct. 6.35.3 was the first RouterOS version that supported the RB3011. Just as 6.38.4 was the first to support the RB1100AHx4.

I think I’m gonna sell the unit then, because without usermanager it is worthless…
