ARP type in RB951ui router board

hello for all experts in mikrotik devices here..!
so in RB 951ui router board anyone know what is the difference between the ARP type in interface menu..? well i read the mikrotik document that explain that, but i want someone who try the different type in real world environment to tell us how we can use it and what is the difference between those type.
