AS+BGP

RouterOS Beginner Basics

Hello to everyone.

Im new in mikrotik routers. Got CCR1016-12G for my little network.

What i have:
AS, /24 IP’s, up-link from DataCenter.

What im doing:

  1. Routing > BGP > Instances > Added new BGP with AS and Router ID + Redistribute Connected.
  2. Routing > BGP > Peers > Added new peer with remote address + Remote AS (on status showing 1 prefix and 3 updates - Established)
  3. IP > Addresses > Added IP (AS IP/24 with network .0) on ether2 (first used to connect to router)

What did i miss? For my Ether2 is unreachable, also BGP is not peered with DC AS…
