As for the equipment purchased in the past two years, it's broken and can't be repaired now.

I’m Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia, China. I bought some equipment from China two years ago, but now it’s broken. They can’t repair it. I want to ask if I can send it to your manufacturer to repair the equipment, or what should I do? My phone number is + 86 18747311161.

Where can I repair it? Please contact me or leave your contact information. Thank you. I use translation to publish articles. I can’t speak English.

Unfortunately that will not be possible. All warranty/non-warranty related cases must be addressed to distributor from which you bought the device.

The distributor came back to me and said it could not be repaired. What should I do? It just broke down? Can’t you mail the manufacturer? I don’t think it’s good to do so. The equipment is broken, the dealer can’t repair it and can’t go back to the factory. It’s a little unreasonable.

Is there no other way, or can you let the dealer return the equipment to the factory for repair?

I’m afraid that will not be possible. Manufacturer warranty, for mentioned devices, has expired. There are no, out of warranty, repairs available for mentioned devices.

Even if the manufacturer warranty is expired, the seller the device is bought from is responsible for the warranty claim and must follow the country laws of warranty terms, for example 2 years in EU countries, or the seller sells extended warranty and so on.

“Broken” is rather vague.

Post proper pictures with proper lighting of both sides of all boards so we can see what the damage is exactly.
Posting 3 boards on top of each other, and on their back where there are no components, is just silly.
