[ASK] dst-nat to 2nd proxy box

hi all members, i have 1 problem could you help me?

i have RB750GL and 1 proxy box, i have plan add 1 more proxy box for only to youtube.com, how to if my client open youtube.com and my 2nd proxy box will serve it?
