ask filterrules and schedule disable rules

helloo…
can i ask about filter rules, i already make rules to block youtube use 7layer protocol
but why after aktif that 7layer i cant open other web…

on 7layer i write like this
^.+(c.youtube.com|cdn.dailymotion.com|metacafe.com|mccont.com|video|videoplayback|tube).*$

and filter rule like this
ip → firewall → filter rules
add new →
chain = forward
advance = 7layer protocols
action = drop

and i have second question…
i already read about schedule to aktif filter rules, but i dont know how to disable. i need disable my rules for 2 hour everyday
can someone help me with my problem

In the drop rule, go to Extra and then Time.
Set the start time to 00:00:00 and the end time to 12:00:00
Copy the drop rule to duplicate it.
On the second rule, set the start time to 14:00:00 and the end time to 23:59:59.

I hope that makes sense.
