ASK: Joining several network with two mikrotik

Topology :

reason why LAN and hotspot is in separate router :

  1. RB433 has higher license and resource than RB750
  2. Bad quality ISP (have to restart modem if connection gone bad),so it’s impossible to put it on tower
  3. Only need one cable from RB433GL

LAN and hotspot already connected to internet, but hotspot client cannot ping to LAN and also vice versa
so i wanna ask…how to connect them,so my hotspot client can access my file server
