as soon i as enable l2tp-ether on v7.3.1 the RB reboothing, unlike v7.2.3

/interface l2tp-ether
add allow-fast-path=no circuit-id=“” connect-to=rempte-ip cookie-length=0 digest-hash=md5 disabled=no l2tp-proto-version=l2tpv3-udp local-address=local-address
local-session-id=100 local-tunnel-id=10 mac-address=FE:7E:A5:FB:C3:E8 mtu=1420 name=l2tp-ether1 remote-session-id=200 remote-tunnel-id=20
unmanaged-mode=yes use-ipsec=no use-l2-specific-sublayer=no

I have a ticket open on CHR rebooting if another CHR with several ties to it is running too, and the response said it was related to L2TP; recently I’ve got a notification that a fix has been done and should make it to the next release. Hopefully it is the same issue.

on which version is running that?in my case on v7.2.3 no problem at all.

7.3, and the issue has appeared after upgrade to that version. Before, I was running 7.2.? and no reboots. 7.3.1 has been released before I’ve got the feedback on the ticket hence I don’t expect it to be fixed there.

got that , so we are on same page

have u tried maybe on v7.4? I have’t installed that on my vm, maybe i’ll do that by next week

just test it , works fine!
