I am currently using ROS 5.11 with nstreme protocol and chanel width 20MHz center 5320MHz and having noise levels of -113 to -119

Antennae supports 4.9GHz band. My question how do i enable or set configuration to use custom band and channel width 40MHz. Please check attached spectoral scan and advised. I want to use 4.9 to 5 GHz range.
I am hoping to have 48mbps down and 48mbps up real throughput on the link.

First off - the 40Mhz channel width and custom frequencies for that matter are TOTALLY wifi card dependant. So if the card EPROM does not indicate it as possible channels Mikrotik won’t be able to set to those channels.

I think this link is way overpowered. 2x R52HN with 23dbi antennas only 1,3km apart wow, you must be cooking your radios. What are your Rx Signal levels?
