You cannot install drivers by youself. Make Supout.rif and send it to support@mikrotik.com - maybe they will add these drivers in next releases. Do you, of course, tested it with ROS v.3.14?

Новые билды выходят тогда, когда появляются новые фишки/исправляются старые баги. Строго говоря, закономерности никакой. Кернел разработчики не изменяют вообще - берут готовый, все вопросы на http://www.kernel.org. Сторонних драйверов не добавляют ради стабильности всей системы.
На русском им писать вообще не пробовал, но можно уточнить этот вопрос в первом же обращении к ним

Впечатление складывается, что микротик создан для людей у которых есть очень и очень старое железо, которое поставить некуда и выкинуть жалко.
А вот тоже интересен вопрос по поводу сторонних драйверов. Драйвера с сайтов asus.com и intel.com тоже сторонними считаются?
Ну, у нас отлично работают топовые Интелловские материнки - во всяком случае, на сетевые карты нареканий нет, до 650 Мбит/с держат запросто =) А драйвер считается сторонним до тех пор, пока он не встроен в кернел. Так что просто не надо покупать всё подряд… Нужен хороший и гарантированно беспроблемный роутер - можно посмотреть в сторону готовых решений типа RouterBoard 1000, например…
