ASUS RS100-X7 + Intel C202 vs. mikrotik routeros unsupported SATA controller

Hi Dear Mikrotik!

We bought again an 1U x86 server ( ASUS RS100-X7 ) for core routing ( OSPF, BGP ) purpose, but AGAIN we can’t using it with “amazing” mikrotik routeros. During the installation we get this messages:

FATAL ERROR: No hard disk found
Press ENTER to reboot

We tried several other operating systems like ubuntu, centos, windows, freebsd, vmware esxi5.5 and yes all of them working properly without problem. But what a surprise, mikrotik doesn’t work again and again…very fu**ing exhausting situation… Yes we changed IDE mode from AHCI in the bios. We tried every possible installation method and BIOS settings, netinstall with pxe, usb stick, direct installation onto the SSD/HDD drive but no success. Routeros won’t start or no hard drive crying…

Is there any chance to support this chipset in routeros x86, Intel C202 especially the SATA controller ???
Is there any way to using this server with mikrotik or we sent our money down thru the toilet again ???

p.s.: Installing mikrotik into esxi is a P.O.S. because no vmware tools exits, network performance is suck without it…terrible ehhh.

So we are waiting for the solution…for our tonns of money what we spent for tonns of routerboard, routeros licenses…
