I have setup MikroTik RB952Ui-5ac2nD using a quick setup. Both channels 2 and 5 GHz .
I have couple of devices, android tv, iphone, android phone, android table, macbook. Everything connected either to 2 GHz or 5 GHz.
But my Acer v3-571g, with Atheros ar5bwb222 wifi adapter, behave very strangely.
- 2 GHz channel can not be connected. windows 10 says can’t connect to this network
- 5 GHz channel can be connected. But in some time, 15-30 min, 5 GHz network disappears, and cannot be connected. Reboot, reinstall wifi adapter helps (5 GHz can be connected) but not for long time.
All other devices work as expected.
Acer v3-571g works very well with my old D-Link.
Wifi logs (debug) on MikroTik do not show anything.
Any ideas ? Why 2 GHz is not connected? Why 5 GHz channel get lost every 15 min ?
