ATL 5G R16 Lock to 5G NSA

Hi,

I try to lock a 520 modem in a ATL device to 5G NSA with current firmware installed.
It works with AT command:
/interface/lte/at-chat lte1 input="AT+QNWPREFCFG="nr5g_disable_mode",1"
After sending this, the device changes to 5G NSA mode as expected.
Checking the settings via AT shows correct lock/disable settings.

After a few moments (some seconds up to some minutes) it switches back to 5G SA.
Checking the config agian, I see it is switched back to mode 0 (nothing disabled) and run with 5G SA.
Normally the config is saved (see: Quectel AT command reference) but it seems to be switched back to SA mode by any reason.

Any idea?

Is there any AT command like the old days with modems that writes the config with the AT&W0 command. And verify with AT&V.

There are such commands but they are not usable for this.
