Hi!
I have two ATL LTE18 having the same issue - on different SW releases, but same modem FW:
OS v7.19.6 - Modem FW: EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.003.01.003
OS v7.20.2- Modem FW: EG18EAPAR01A13M4G_01.003.01.003
after having set cell lock, both modems disconnect often, and the logs look like this:
lte1 link down
(and then once per second, up to 120 in a row):
lte1 mbim: >>> E #18101 - connect: connect, error: MAX_ACTIVATED_CONTEXTS
(then, this one appears, restoring the LTE connectivity):
lte1 forced reconfiguration due to diffculty setting link up
lte1 link up
the above loop repeats every 3-5 minutes - LTE connectivity is more than half the time down….
The issue appeared after I started to issue a cell/tower lock using 8 cell on startup:
interface/lte/at-chat lte1 input="at+qnwlock="common/4g",8,[redacted]"
The error does not show up when I clear the cell/tower lock.
- Are other people having the same issue?
- Any advise, how to resolve it? (I could try the new FW beta, but I would like to see the release notes first… the two devices are a 4 hour drive away…)
Thank you!
