Hello community, probably i am missing something basic, purchased the ATL LTE18 kit for home use in remote location and can not get it to work properly.
First of all i had issues with connecting to it out of the box. Used WinBox and password did not match whatever i do.
- So first issue is that out of the box device had blank password instead of one provided on label, maybe it shows that something is corrupted?
- Secondly when i was able to connect to the device via WinBox its IPv4 was set to blank or 0.0.0.0, again maybe some config is corrupted
(i manually assigned 192.168.188.1 as on its label)
- Through the quick config i was able to do an update, i see band LTE and some IP address from the provider, so device seems to be connected to internet
But i can not get internet on my PC when connected directly to it (not sure i should get one but it seems device can behave as a router not just modem
Also i can not get internet via router witch is NETGEAR Nighthawk X4S R7800, i connect ATL to its WAN and in internet settings of the router set internet IP adress to manual 192.168.188.10, 255.255.255.0 and gateway to ATL IP 192.168.188.1 and also can not get connection.
Looks like i am missing something basic, also device OS seems to be very sophisticated compared to other home network so maybe i am doing some noob mistake. Should i reset to defaults, use netinstall to flash it or anything else?
