I have some issues with Audience configuration. At wireless interface shows that the 5GHz band it’s operating at 20MHz Bandwidth, but when I’m trying to change to 80MHz doesn’t allows me because shows a message that the interfaces are managed by CAPsMAN, and in CAPsMAN I can’t find where to change it.
When I’ve tried to change the wireless interface from CAPsMAN to manage in Wireless section then disappeared. Then I followed the instructions to reset the unit, but I think it does not reset at all because I can’t get into the unit because the default wireless SSIDs have password, and the default wireless SSIDs shouldn’t have password.
I don’t know how to do a hard reset for the unit get back to factory default as when I’m unpacking the unit.
In the meantime, I connected unit by secondary EHT port to the internet router, and I’ve reached the unit through winbox in neighborhood’s tab, and I’m trying to configure manually but somethings don’t work well.
I have 2 units, and the same thing happened with the other one.
Also, I would like to know to interconnect both units as a Mesh. I’ve tried to push WPS button y both units, but nothing happened.
I understand because the units operate as a Home Mesh router and do the DHCP, NAT, etc., then I changed my internet router configuration NOT to route just like a bridge / pass through, but I don’t know if this is correct. Or I can set my internet router as router like originally was, and there will not be any conflict with the Audience units.
