Audience LTE6 kit - Unable to flash through the netinstall

I do everything exactly according to this instruction - https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall.
An isolated network from a computer and a router.
I tried on two different computers.
I tried to connect the computer and the router both directly and through the switch.

The Audience starts successfully in Etherboot mode. The Netinstall sees the Audience.
I choose a RouterOS package - routeros-arm-6.48.2.npk.
I press the install button.
The Netinstall writes “Sending offer…”.
After a short pause, everything is reset.
And the status of the router returns to “Ready”.

Please tell me how to properly flash the Audience through the Netinstall.

Everything worked out! I managed to complete this quest.

Even though I disabled all unnecessary network adapters in Device Manager, netinstall still didn’t work.

Netinstall worked after that:

  • uninstalled VMWare (to remove VMWare virtual network adapters)
  • uninstalled all OpenVPN virtual network adapters
  • uninstalled old motherboard network card drivers
  • updated to the latest version of the motherboard network card driver
  • launched reset of Windows network settings:
    netsh interface ipv4 reset
    netsh interface tcp reset
    netsh winsock reset

After these manipulations, Netinstall worked well and quickly.
