Audience Red+Blue LED on, device is dead

Hi Guys!

I have an Audience and after a reboot the red and blue led is on and the device is dead. The LED of LAN ports don’t light. I have tried to use another power supply, and POE Switch without any result.

I can not put the device in netinstall mode.

Is it a well known symptom and/or a dead device?

Blue led means the device is powered on and the blinking Red that the device scans for radar (DFS)

So the leds do not indicate any problem…

The red is not blinking just on with the blue one. The device is dead and i got a replacement from the dealer.

Did you try to netinstall ?
