How does the Audience Tri-band mesh AP support ipv6?
Question is not clear. The Audience runs standard RouterOS. It supports ipv6 just like any other MikroTik device.
Can you please show some Winbox screen shots of Audience in action and RouterOS interaction with ipv6 enabled wireless clients.

Are you saying that current wifi products from MT, using the latest routerOS, have some deficiency in regard to Ipv6 clients?
As the angry red bird is saying, it will act as any other routerOS MT wifi product!
In other words, what is the real concern you are attempting to articulate but being too vague about it??

Audience TriBand Mesh is a brand new product so its too early for any concerns.
I do not use MikroTik wireless for ANY of my clients — I only use Ubiquiti wireless AP’s for custom installs.
I am now considering introducing Audience TriBand Mesh because it has specs of interest to me for some new clients and I want to see how it interacts with MikroTik Routers and its wireless using ipv6 since those clients will be strictly ipv6 wireless for TV service. FYI, Rogers Ignite TV is strictly ipv6.
your scenario is very specific, try with a cheap device like the hAP Lite it cost only 25 USD, before you buy pricier device
if hAP Lite works well in your environment you have high possibilities of success with audience

Audience is no different (software wise) from any other MikroTik wireless device. There are no extra menus, settings or other things. It works with ipv6 identically to any other MikroTik product.
Can they be combined with other APs using mesh? For example with cAP ac using ethernet connection eventually?
Yes, just like you always could (with CAPSMAN + ethernet) or other ways
