Audio Streaming Issue

I’m running a Routerboard RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN (Running Router OS 6.30.2) and I’ve encountered a problem.

I’m trying to run audio encoding software that pushes a 128 Kbps audio stream (constant bit rate - CBR) to a server in the cloud. I’m seeing a consistent error from the encoder (A Windows 7 machine) saying “Unable to send data fast enough”. The error was very generic so I contacted the SW manufacture and they informed me it’s an issue with my ISP and/or my router (generic response for a generic error message).

I’ve since replaced my cable modem (no change)
Worked with my ISP (no change)

and for grins I switched back to my old router (the Netgear I was running before Mikrotik) and everything worked great. As you can imagine, I’m incredibly puzzled. I thought it must be a fluke so I switched back to the Mikrotik router and within a short time, the problem came right back.

Is there some kind of packet inspection being done? Any ideas?

Broadband connection is 110Mbps down / 10Mbps up

I can provide a backup of my config if that’s any help. I REALLY love this router but I’m stuck.

Thanks in advance for your time.
