I hope you are doing well.
I am facing an issue related to PPPoE user authentication. We have a free radius server and when we active an expired user it start generating an username and password authentication failed error and the strange thing is that on the same device if we configure another user its get authenticated.
we have tried mutiple things i.e disable/enable the user, change the user password, create a secret on router but nothing will work.
Please, share the solution to this if anyone has faced the same issue before.
