"Authorization: failure" Error when upload

hello ,
I open a new RB411U and got this massage when the router start up
it doesn’t even get to the boot menu

what can I do to fix this ?

if it’s a new router I suggest you an RMA http://rma.mikrotik.com/ or try a re-flash with netinstall.
