Auto Fail over by OSPF

I had been trying to configure auto fail over through OSPF in Microtik, but could not be succeeded. Please someone help me out here. Thanks.

You need to post more information.

Make a simple diagram of the routers and links in question, and describe in more detail what sort of failover you’re trying to do.

In general, you should make sure that the routers involved all see each other as neighbors, and that the route(s) you’re trying to do failover for are in the routing table as OSPF routes (if you have static routes, they will override the OSPF routes).

Make sure that the “upstream” router has routes for the downstream targets, and that the downstream router has routes for the upstream targets (and/or default GW route)

Use interface cost metric to set one link as the backup link - higher cost means less preferred path.
