Auto limit each ip speed? instend of type it one by one..

Auto limit each ip address speed in the network? instead of type it one by one..
Like this WAN is 8Mbps speed and using local ip address as 192.168.1.0/24

Any others way i can set 1 rules that will auto limit each ip address only giving 0.5Mbps instead of typing 192.168.1.2/32 , 192.168.1.3/32 until 192.168.1.254/32 in queue?
