Is there a way to auto redirect users that go to the router local address, to the /graphs directory? And further is there a way to customize the look of that page?

Write to support@mikrotik.com and ask about access to branding maker. Create first account on mikrotik.com and send with this email your username.
Using this tool, you will be able to modify html page, add new(e.g. info about payments…).
if that is too much you can configure proxy to redirect to graphs page url
Well, our situation is slightly different. We are using a board in bridge mode infront of every customers.
So while we can capture the customer now and redirect them to the /graphs of the bridge ahead of their network, it’s not easy to mask the IP and make it friendly.
You could just give them a redirect link to the page you want them to redirect. It would be simple and an easy way asw ell.
