I’m kind a newbie of wireless miktorik capabilities, and I’m interested in making a device scanning for free hotspot, and to connect them automatically. Is it possible and how? By a script or integrated features?

If i am not mistaken all that you have to do is leave the SSID blank and it will connecto the the best available hotspot.
