Automatic Failover and Log maintanance

Hiii everyone,
I am newbie to mikrotik,i do have two internet lines 1)192.168.1.1/24 2)192.168.2.1/24.My requirementis,
If one of the internet line fails another line should activate automatically.
I need to maintain logs.I mean how many sites user visited and all detailed logs.
Please someone help me to resolve this,It’s on urgent basis.

failover: setup both gateway as default routers second with extra metric. check in the ‘check gateway’ box
log: turn on web-proxy and add web proxy for logging options
