I’ve a RB493AH with that problem about all ethernet stops to working and console continues working.
I’m rebooting via watchdog to get it working without unplug/plug power.
I’m trying to get a “Supout.rif” file to support, but “Automatic Supout” function in Watchdog is not working in Router OS V5b1.

RouterOS continues working when all ethernet crashes. It’s like when a ethernet module crashes in Linux… All system continues working, but ethernet no.
Maybe we are getting modules trouble with IC-Plus-178C switch ic.
