automatic tcp mss mangling at the top of the list?

is it possible for the ppoe customers have the automatic tcp mss mangling at the top of the mangling list?

In fact I have a pretty complex mangling list with some accept rules, so when the automatic mangling is insterted at the bottom they are not executed.

I’ve posted the same some months ago… but no result… then I make this:
add a mangle rule at top of the list with action=passtrough and a static tcp-mss like 1400. After that I’ve stopped the “Change MSS”
