Automatically disconnect user during idle time

Hello Guy,

can we disconnect user automatically during idle time in user manager? I have customer who bough 5 hour internet access but after 1 day his / her account run out of time because he / she forgot to logout. in that 5 hour, he / she use 1 hour and 30 minutes so he / she still have 3 hour and 30 minutes left but in my user manager there is no more remaining credit for her / his account.

Yes, that is the “Idle Timeout:” setting on the hotspot server.
IP → Hotspot → Servers Tab → Click on server instance → Change Idle Timeout
