On microtic versions 3.xx there is no possibility of automation of connections through a telnet or ssh on other systems.
Whether the given possibility on versions 4.xx will be realised?

and no there is no possibility to do that directly from RotuerOS. For that you will need host running TCL scripting that emulates user input.
