AX No Supported Channels

I have been using Mikrotik for over 10 years including AC. I recently got some NetBox 5 ax and wish to use them in the 6Ghz spectrum @ 80 or 160 Mhz Channel width. The units connect themselves successfully @ 5745 Mhz but I want to connect in 6 Ghz band. When I enter the Frequency 5945-6425 I get the red flag No Supported Channels. Am missing something in my config. Thanks

Specs of Netmetal 5 ax say it’s WiFi 6th generation … not generation 6e (which added support for 6GHz bands) nor 7th generation (which also builds on 6GHz band).

So no, you can’t drive Netmetal 5 ax higher than around 5.8GHz.

Thanks mkx for the info. Would have any insight if WiFi 6e will be added in the future? Hopefully this will happen in future software updates.

The hardware is purely WiFi 6, not 6e, so nothing can be done with software.
