Back to home file sharing

I’m connected to back to home, but when I press the folder icon it shows an error “Unable to resolve …ed with hostname” and no files are displayed.

Are you connecting remotely via Back to home VPN, or are you still inside your home when this happens? Make sure you have completed the BTH setup before

I have completed BTH setup and I am remotely connected (pressed “Connect” in the phone app). Next I press the folder icon and get this error.

I was using BTH before the BTH File share feature was added, so it wasn’t enabled. To enable BTH File share do:

/ip/cloud/back-to-home-file> add allow-uploads=no expires=never path=usb2-part1/files/
