Good morning, my name’s Dik and I’m new around here.
I read and learned a lot from the forum since i bought my first Mikrotik device, a LHG 5, but this time I need to expose my problem since I haven’t found no solution.
I need to backup my device’s config before resetting, 'cause in the last two weeks it won’t work as expected;
the problem is that I’m not able to access it: the device seems to be unreachable from the network, so I plugged in directly to the pc eth port, but with no luck.
The ethernet port flash for two seconds and then turns out, while on the device the wlan led keeps blinking.
Is there a way to recover my config before resetting??

plug into it and do you see it in Neighbors section of the Winbox?
can you access it from the WLAN side?
if both are no, it’s prorbably time for factory reset…
No sir, I can see nothing in the neighbors section.
Actually the device is isolated so I can’t access from WLAN.
So there isn’t no way to extract the configuration before resetting it.
