Backup file need help please

Hello i backup the file from mikrotik 5.5 to a usb key

my computer was having some trouble i decided to downgrade to 4.17 when i drag the file the the file manager i get not a proper backup file to restor (6)

i notice the appellation .backup file instead just backup

could tel me how to get it back thanks

i also try to reinstall 5.5 to see and same result

did you try to upload the backup file to the router with FTP?

no i did with terminal

i am trying and i have no chance to make ftp working
