Backup from RB to CCR

Hello,

This is my first post on forum Mikrotik, and i need your help. First sorry my English. :slight_smile:
I have a client, and he have one router RB951. He want to change router to CCR1009.
i does a backup/download on RB, and when i go restore this backup on CCR, the router restart and block on starting services.
I have tried it 3 times…
what i have done wrong? it is possible restore a backup from RB to CCR?

Backup file can only be restored on the same device.

You can use /export file=name and /import name to move between devices.
