Is their any way to do a backup of an device and save it in a folder instead of connecting via winbox and then save the backup?

I want to save the backup of the routeros on the computer via dude.
The easiest way must be to select several devices and right click, do backup. and then it is saved locally on the computer. but i cant find any solution like that.

I suggest you add your vote to the dude feature request list, this is already on the list 
This would be possible to do via the API if you wanted it badly enough now, also scriptable to have it email you copies of your configuration routinely.
